By downloading, accessing, or using Wuhe Cleaner-Ai Photo Organizer ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal and non-commercial purposes.

2. App Features

The App provides features that may include:

Duplicate photo detection

Similar photo organization

Video management

Storage analysis

Screenshot organization

Media categorization

AI-assisted photo organization

Other storage management tools

Features may change without notice.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use the App lawfully

Maintain control over your device

Review files before deletion

Accept responsibility for content removed using the App

You are solely responsible for any deletion decisions made within the App.

4. Subscriptions

Certain features may require a subscription.

Auto-Renewable Subscription

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

You may manage or cancel subscriptions through Apple Account Settings.

Free Trials

If offered, free trial periods automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends.

Unused portions of free trials may be forfeited upon subscription purchase.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including software, design, graphics, trademarks, logos, and content, is owned by WUHE Technology Limited or its licensors.

You may not:

Copy

Modify

Reverse engineer

Distribute

Resell

Create derivative works

without written permission.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

We make no guarantees regarding:

Accuracy of storage calculations

Continuous availability

Error-free operation

Compatibility with all devices

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WUHE Technology Limited shall not be liable for:

Data loss

Deleted files

Indirect damages

Incidental damages

Consequential damages

Loss of profits

arising from use of the App.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the App following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws without regard to conflict of law principles.
